She completed the diploma of physiotherapy in the E.U. Gimbernat, 2006. Motivated to expand her training in the field of neurology, she carried out in 2013 the Master Degree of Neurosciences at the Autonomous University of Barcelona, ​​presenting the final master’s project “Treatment of balance in patients with chronic stroke, Systematic Review and Meta-analysis”.

She is a Bobath Therapist, with extensive training in the Bobath Concept: “Normal movement course” and “Basic Bobath course” with Bettina Paeth and Advanced Bobath course “Evaluation and treatment of adults with hemiparesis and other neurological diseases” with Louise Rutz- The Pitz.

She is trained continuously and specifically as a Neurological Physiotherapist, has training in Neurocognitive Rehabilitation (Perfetti) with Laia Sallés; Motor Control and Balance with Marjorie Woollacott and Anne Shumway; Ataxia Distaxia with Bettina Paeth; Treatment of Neuropathic Pain with Vicenç Punsola and Support Products and Functional Adaptations to Increase the Participation of the Upper Limb with Cristina de Diego.

To complete her training in neurology, she is interested in the field of cognition by taking courses in Basic Methodology for the Preventive Control of Cognitive Impairment (at the Autonomous University of Barcelona) and Understanding Cognition in Brain Damage with Gilma Acosta.

As a physiotherapist, she has a special interest in Manual Therapy undergoing training in Neurodynamic Techniques with Eduardo Zamorano; Mechanisms of Pain and its Therapy for Movement with Max Zusmann; Physiotherapy in the Hip, Knee and Foot: global mechanical view of the Lower Limb with Pedro Rubio; Lumbo-Pelvic and Scapular Neuromuscular Control with Carles Santapau; and Fascial Assessment and Treatment with Ricard Tutusaus.

She worked as a neurological physiotherapist at the Clinique du Sud (France) from 2007 to 2009, the year in which she joined Bettina Paeth’s team at the Neurological Physiotherapy Clinic and since 2014 she directs said clinic, currently the Neurorehabilitation Clinic.

Professor at the Autonomous University of Barcelona from 2014 to 2019 and since 2019 she is a collaborating professor at the Gimbernat University Schools.
